This is a really incredible new album by Dim Dim from Audio Dregs. E*Rock is so lucky to have been able to release it. Dim Dim is a Belgian artist. I don't know why no label over there hasn't just swept him up. I guess maybe because he's so unique. There's nobody else that I know that's doing anything similar. It would be easy to dismiss his music as joke music. It is sort of over the top cartoony like, but if you listen to it, you'll hear there's much more to it than that. And he's been at it for a while (I believe this is his third album) so he's really become good at creating his world. He's also a talented visual artists as you can see, that's his work on the cover. On his last album, "Nectarine" he did a whole book of illustrations that tells a story with it. (sorry i can't show you here) Anyway, I'm really glad he does what he does being an adult. It helps me to know there's other people doing goofy stuff seriously.
